Should Halloween be celebrated on the last Saturday of October to make things easier for school kids, Mommies and Mummies? My little goth girl saying Hi to the Halloween Holiday of October 31st or is she saying bye bye. I personally think it should be celebrated on the last Saturday of each and every month but that's just me.
